Registration process

Step 1: Review the Guidelines

Before registering, we recommend reviewing the Application Guidelines PDF, which details eligibility, documentation requirements, and how to prepare your artist portfolio.

Step 2: Complete the Application

Complete the registration form below.

You will be asked to provide:

• Your full name and contact information

• Artist bio and headshot

• Medium(s) of artistic expression

• 3–5 portfolio samples (images, videos, or links)

• Resume or brief artistic history

• Proof of citizenship or residency

Step 3: Submit & Await Review

All applications are reviewed by the Department of Culture. You will receive an email confirmation and a follow-up within 10–14 business days.

Approved applicants will be featured in the online directory and invited to upcoming programming.
